Please Read: Our Chevy / GMC dually fenders are "hand-layed" using a sanding gel coat, polyester resin and 4 layers (1/8") of fiberglass chopped strand mat. Then hand trimmed, fitted and sanded / prepped. All Chevy dually fenders come with a lifetime warranty.
Please Note: This is a very large dually fender! The replacement should not be considered a "one man job" to be completed on a brief Saturday morning. The fender is made (on purpose) with certain natural issues.
First, the area around the tail light and top rail are left "fat" when trimmed out. This is to eliminate the potential for shipping damage and installation damage in these areas. It should be assumed that these areas will need to be sanded, filed or tapped with a grinder for a good fit.
Second, there is a natural few inches bow "outward" to these fenders. Our molds are made this way. Because of the OE design. These fenders have a natural tendency to "sag" inward. The small bow of the fender straightens when installed. Especially during cool / cold temperatures it may be found that warming / heating the fender will allow for an easier install.
Lastly, we match the outside dimensions for this fender. Because of the difference in materials used there will be a natural gap at both ends of the fender. The fender will appear long. But, it is not! Match the tail light end of the fender to the closed tail gate and the rest takes care of itself. While we feel our fiberglass fender to be easily superior to the plastic OE fender. Please review your situation, experience and aptitude before a purchase of these fenders.

Fenders fit pretty good. I don’t do body work but was able to install them in less than a day.
Excellent shape and surface quality. A couple of small lamination defects on the inside surface near hardware mounting holes which i repaired with epoxy. As advertised, there is significant trimming required at the taillamps, and in my case I had to grind the upper "lip" that runs along the top edge of the fender a bit to get it to fit in the bolt-on clips. I pried the fixed forward clips up a little to get clearance there. I found a couple of light-duty rachet straps to be indispensable in getting the fender into position for bolting. These fenders are far superior to the non-reinforced OEM fenders, and I highly recommend these as a great value.
